Passive Homes

Fresh air is provided by an ERV (energy recovery ventilator) system. ERVs provide fresh air while recovering the exiting conditioned air at approximately 85% efficiency. With the addition of a properly sized small solar array the home can easily reach the level of Net Zero. The end result is a comfortable, energy bill free building that has excellent indoor air quality.
